- Enter the email address or verified mobile phone number* associated with your account.
- Select the correct account type from the drop down list:

- Account Holder / Sponsor - Choose this if you are the parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle sponsoring one or more students in your family in Tuition Rewards
- Student - Choose this if you are a high school student and you have previously setup a login account in Tuition Rewards
- Member College - Choose this if you are employed by a member college or university and have had an account set up for you to access tuitionrewards.com as a member college or university
- Financial Professional - Choose this if you are a financial professional working directly with us, or through an IMO or broker dealer that is authorized to provide our program to your individual clients
Click "Send Link" and a password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. The password reset link is valid for 3 hours and any subsequent password reset requests will invalidate the previous reset link.
* Verified Mobile Phone - you have previously entered a mobile telephone number and verified it using the 6 digit verification code we sent to it. If you have no completed this step you cannot use a mobile phone to reset your password.
